Group Classes
Our Small Group Mixed Equipment Sessions (maximum 4 people) offer the perfect balance of personalized attention and group energy. These sessions utilize Reformers, Wunda Chairs, the Cadillac, and other Pilates apparatus to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
Strength begins with confidence.
To ensure the best experience, all new clients must complete at least one private session before joining a group class. This allows us to tailor the practice to your needs and set you up for success.
